We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller, currently based in Latin America, to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals.
Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment A minimum of 3 years of experience with cold calling, handling objections, CRM tools A minimum of 1 year of experience with Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Real Estate companies using fluent English with neutral accent and a professional tone Job Responsibilities Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist.
Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails. Enter all activities and data into Hub Spot CRM.
Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM. Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals.
Achieve 500-600 outbound calls per day. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hub Spot. Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
