Main responsibilities

Preparing and assembling the mechanical equipment in accordance to drawings, parts lists, manuals and configurations provided by Tool Customizer

Visual checking of all mechanical modules

Setting tool parameters

Repairing equipment according to given instructions

Checking all equipment for completeness and correct function, to ensure that the equipment fulfills the job requirements as specified

Documenting assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases and reporting documentation problems

Providing the required test reports and other documentation

Supporting site personnel

Carrying out all activities in accordance with ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructions

Identifying process optimization possibilities

What you will bring

Technical School degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent

Previous hands‑on experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance or repair activities

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts lists, manuals and mechanical documentation





Experience assembling mechanical equipment according to established procedures and configurations

Basic experience with mechanical testing, visual inspections and functional checks

Capability to perform equipment repairs following given instructions and SOPs

Comfort with documentation systems and reporting assembly or documentation issues

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, reaching autonomy in the short term

Strong discipline and organization to follow SOPs and quality requirements

Proactive, hard‑working profile with a hands‑on and problem‑solving mindset

Ability to identify improvement opportunities in processes and daily activities

English is a nice to have

Ability to work fully on‑site in Neuquén, Argentina
