Position Overview This position will report directly to the C&CL; Senior Director Argentina & Uruguay and work closely with local Coca-Cola and bottlers teams. The RGM scope includes developing the price and portfolio strategies, mix management initiatives and promotional optimization capabilities, translating the Integral/Latam guidelines into tangible local initiatives.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

Develops and leads revenue growth acceleration across Argentina & Uruguay.




Leads all price related agendas with local operations, from setting the overall price strategy to tracking price execution and price compliance.
Leads all portfolio and mix management related agendas with local operations, from setting the overall strategy to tracking execution and evolution.
Develops promotional optimization capabilities to maximize the efficacy and efficiency of promotional activities.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
At least +6 years of work experience in related positions, of which at least +3 years in a leadership position.

Experience in RGM, data analytics, pricing, business planning, and project management are a must for this position.

Experience in sales, finance and trade
