Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Sales Representative to support outbound sales efforts targeting local businesses such as plumbers, HVAC companies, and realtors. The goal of the role is to generate advertising partnerships for placement on free restaurant takeout menus distributed to customers.

This is a high-volume outreach role focused on cold calling and email prospecting, with the primary objective of securing follow‑up conversations with potential advertisers.

About the Product

The offering involves advertising space on restaurant menus that are printed and distributed locally (approximately 5,000 menus per restaurant). These menus are fully funded through local business advertisers,



creating a cost‑effective marketing channel for small businesses.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to local businesses.

Introduce and pitch advertising opportunities on restaurant menus.

Follow structured outreach sequences to generate interest and email follow‑ups.

Maintain activity volume and outreach consistency.

Log and track leads using CRM tools (Pipedrive).

Work with provided lead lists and campaign systems.

Candidate Profile

Strong English communication skills (little to no accented English preferred).

Outgoing personality and confident phone presence.

High work ethic and ability to maintain a high outreach volume.

No prior sales experience required; personality and consistency are key.

Comfortable working in a structured, metrics‑driven environment.

Tools & Systems

CRM: Pipedrive.
Lead Generation: Outscraper (zip‑code based business data).

Email Automation: AI‑driven drip campaign tool (Marvelism).

Calling system to be provided.

Compensation

Hourly rate (recommended): $8–$9/hour (higher range preferred for stronger English quality) – $640–$900 USD/month (based on 20–25 hours/week).

Performance bonus based on sales outcomes (additional incentive structure).
