What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Install and run Digital X-Ray medical equipment.
- Repair and maintain medical diagnostic imaging equipment, including fixed and mobile Xray (RX) systems, DR Panels (RX and Mammography’s), workstations and some others: Printers and CR Digitizers.
- Train users in the use and handling of equipment so that they can use those properly avoiding failures and repairs.
- Give remote support to dealers for installations and repairs.
- Moderate customers on possible problem solutions on the equipment use.
- Administrative functions such as: phone call attendance, introduce data on ServiceNow database, go canvas and AP7.
- Evaluate and decide if the site is able to start the service.
- Provide feedback to the Customer, related with issues in the site that must be solved before starting the service.




- Evaluate if AGFA equipment is able to be installed.
- To complete the reports within ServiceNow and Go canvas.
- To escalte a technical problem to next level of support.

Education
- Electronic/electromechanical Engineer (or Technician) / Bioengineer oriented to field work.

Experience
- At least one year of experience in a similar position. Field customer service experience.

Specific skills
- IT-Knowledge: MS Office (Intermediate-Advance); Outlook; preferably CRM´s.

Technical Skills
- Analogue and Digital Devices Knowledge, Mechanics, Networking.

Soft Skills
- Customer focus
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Service attitude
