Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute MultiBank Group's growth strategy for Argentina across retail, IB, affiliate, and institutional channels
- Build and manage local sales pipelines, client acquisition programs, and business development activity
- Identify, develop,



and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution relationships in the Argentine market
- Collaborate with regional and integral leadership on business priorities, country performance targets, and reporting
- Ensure all in‑country activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor local market dynamics, macroeconomic developments, competitor activity, and shifts in client demand specific to Argentina
- Recruit and develop local team members as operational needs grow
- Prepare regular performance reports and market intelligence for senior leadership
- Represent the company professionally across client, partner, and stakeholder interactions in Argentina and, where relevant, the broader Latin American region

Requirements
