About Us & The Role
We are building a modern, highly automated identity security program. We need a sharp, relentless operator to develop and build the identity evolution alongside senior engineering.

Identity is the new perimeter. The role involves managing how the global workforce accesses enterprise systems and transforming legacy entitlements into a scalable, automated identity governance machine.

What You’ll Do
- Engineer the Identity Lifecycle (JML & SoD). Build a highly automated Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver machine, robust access certifications, SoD, and unified IGA frameworks.
- Federation, Zero Trust & Integration. Design and scale authentication and authorization across cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem. Lead identity federation using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and drive Zero Trust and Adaptive MFA adoption.
- M&A; & Enterprise Transformation. Lead identity integration strategy for mergers, acquisitions,



and large enterprise transformations, folding new organizations into the identity ecosystem.
- Zero‑Ego Execution. Configure integrations, write RBAC policies, engineer IGA platforms, and untangle access flows.
- Codify Governance & Shift Left. Design self‑service identity workflows, automated controls, and identity KPIs; translate compliance policies into code.
- Be the IAM Diplomat. Negotiate with engineering directors and commercial teams to enforce security without alienating stakeholders.
