Email is already one of our strongest channels. Now we need someone who can take it from strong to dominant — owning strategy, execution, and team leadership across all 4 brands.

If you've ever looked at a brand's Klaviyo account and thought, "Give me 90 days and I'll double the revenue from this channel" — this is your role.

What You'll Own
- Full email + SMS strategy and execution across 4 DTC brands (all on Klaviyo)
- A team of email marketers and copywriters — you lead, mentor, and hold the bar
- Flow architecture — build, optimize, and maintain 10+ flows per brand
- Campaign calendar — weekly sends across all brands,



aligned with promos, launches, and retention strategy
- Segmentation, list health, and deliverability across all accounts
- SMS channel — list growth, opt-in optimization, and high-converting sends

You'll Thrive If You
- Have 3+ years owning email/SMS for DTC brands — strategy AND execution
- Have led a small team and love building people up while holding them accountable
- Can manage 4 brands simultaneously without dropping quality
- Think in revenue and LTV, not open rates
- Are a strategic operator — set the vision, then get your hands dirty making it happen
- Understand Shopify, subscription apps, and how the full DTC stack connects
- Take full ownership and communicate proactively
