As a Senior Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice and developing an understanding of how the entire digital marketing ecosystems drives impact for clients.
In this role you will:
- Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- Follow all best practice and QA processes.
- Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance that connects to the clients overall digital marketing activity.




- Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will have a good knowledge of other Practices.
- Spearhead projects that lead to process improvements, innovation and automation that drive meaningful impact for your client or Practice.
- Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation and storytelling skills.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 18+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and more
- Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
- Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Has strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
