About the Role
As a Supervising Associate in R&DA;, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business and finance leaders, delivering high‑quality financial reporting analysis, management reporting, and actionable insights. You will leverage advanced analytics and technology to transform complex data into clear, strategic recommendations, supporting decision‑making at the highest levels. This role requires technical proficiency, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive markets, finance and management reports, including monthly performance packages with analysis, commentary, and business insights.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actuals and forecasts and perform competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Model projections, analyse forward‑looking indicators,



and conduct scenario modelling to support business planning and ad hoc analyses.
- Manage large, complex financial data sets, transforming unstructured data into actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and manage dynamic, user‑friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring robust and efficient backend ETL processes.
- Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data, maintaining data integrity and reliability across reporting databases.
- Automate reporting processes and pilot improvements by incorporating AI, advanced analytics, and data management technologies.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communications and effective addressing of reporting needs.
