The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who cares deeply about reliability, performance and scalability to help build and scale our communication product while leveraging AI/LLM. This role is for an engineer who enjoys working across backend systems, data pipelines, and user‑facing features – and who is excited about building production‑grade AI workflows into real products. You’ll own features end‑to‑end, from system design and APIs to AI integrations and product surfaces.

As an early member of the engineering team, you’ll have real ownership and influence: shaping architecture, defining standards, and building systems that carriers, brokers, and employers rely on every day.
