About the Team
Our mission as the Communications product team is to build and optimize an omnichannel communication platform that determines the content, channel, and timing of every outbound message and notification. We manage a large-scale serverless communication service that sends millions of communications a day,



ensuring deliveries at scale while maintaining an empathy-driven consumer experience.

Role Summary
As a Senior Engineer I on the Communications team, you will be a key technical contributor responsible for developing and extending our communication infrastructure. You will apply strong analytical skills to solve complex challenges involving distributed systems and microservices. You will be expected to deliver high-quality, maintainable code while ensuring our systems remain robust and scalable.
