We need a competent Accounting Analyst who can thrive in a small business which is growing rapidly. This role will report to our Senior Accountant.

Compensation is $1,500 - $1,800 USD per month depending on qualifications, experience, and what you can bring to the business.

Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or related fields. More experience is preferred.

- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment with minimal direction.

- Strong willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.

- Professional level of English proficiency (writing, speaking, reading, and listening).

- Able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) 7 am - 4 pm

Work includes but is not limited to:

- Assist in the accounts payable cycle, including receiving, coding, and organizing vendor bills and supporting documentation to maintain accurate financial records

- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

- Assist in the preparation, review, and month-end close of financial statements

- Process payroll, including timecard review, wage and overtime calculations, deduction management, and ensuring on-time, accurate payments to all employees
