We are a US-based B2C SaaS company headquartered in Florida, serving customers across multiple markets worldwide. Our international team operates remotely across several countries, combining the structure of a US-based company with the agility of a fast-growing startup.

At VNumber, we help people and businesses stay connected globally through virtual phone solutions. We’re now looking for our first Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help us build and scale affiliate-led growth.

You’ll work directly with the CMO and play a key role in expanding scalable acquisition channels beyond paid media.

The Idóneo Profile

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth, or related roles.
- Has experience working with affiliate, referral, creator, or partnership programs .
- Ideally has experience in B2C SaaS, subscription businesses, fintech, telecom, or consumer tech .
- Is highly proactive and execution-oriented.
- Is comfortable managing outreach, creator/partner relationships, and performance tracking.
- Understands performance marketing fundamentals and channel economics.
- Is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data.
- Has strong English communication skills (written and spoken).




- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

What You’ll Do Affiliate & Creator Growth (Primary Focus)

- Help build and scale VNumber’s affiliate program.
- Identify, recruit, and manage creators, influencers, and affiliates.
- Define commission structures and incentives.
- Monitor performance and optimize for growth.

Referral Program & Strategic Partnerships

- Support the launch and optimization of our Refer-a-Friend program.
- Help define mechanics, incentives, and growth opportunities.
- Identify complementary businesses and partnership opportunities.
- Support outreach, negotiations, and ongoing partner relationships.
