RevBlack is a rapidly growing Revenue Operations consultancy. We help companies solve hard problems, optimize their revenue engines, and scale. We are looking for a long-term partner (5+ years) to join our team, own the marketing function entirely, and drive our next phase of growth.

The Role

We are looking for someone to own lead generation at RevBlack. This is not a traditional marketing hire — we are not looking for a decade of experience or a resume full of impressive titles. Some background in marketing is a plus, but it is not a requirement.

What matters most is that you are deeply engaged with AI tools — building workflows with Claude or similar platforms, experimenting with automation, and actively looking for a real business problem to apply that energy to.

The objective is straightforward, though far from easy: consistently generate qualified leads for a B2B services company. The tools and approach are entirely up to you. Much of the execution can be handled through AI agents and automation. What cannot be automated is judgment — understanding what messaging resonates, what content attracts the right audience, and having the drive to keep iterating until it works.

The Profile

- High agency. You take ownership. Given a problem and a target, you find the path forward without waiting to be told how.
- AI-native. You are already building with Claude or similar tools — writing prompts,



automating workflows, running experiments.
- Strong taste. You can tell the difference between content that genuinely connects and content that falls flat.
- Hungry. You see this as an opportunity to demonstrate what you are capable of, and you treat it accordingly.
- Fast learner. Extensive marketing experience is not required. The ability to learn quickly and move with urgency is.
