Application Security Analyst (AI Training)

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need security professionals who know how software really breaks.

As an Application Security Analyst, you'll work with realistic security scenarios drawn from code, APIs, and live systems to help frontier AI models learn how to assess, prioritize, and remediate risk the way an expert would. Your hands-on security knowledge directly shapes how the next generation of AI reasons about application vulnerabilities.

This is a remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule.

What You'll Do

- Analyze real-world application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and system behavior

- Classify and evaluate vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, and business logic issues

- Assess secure coding practices and realistic remediation strategies

- Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical risk across diverse attack surfaces

- Help build and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI to accurately assess software risk

- Provide clear, structured written analysis of security findings and decisions

Who You Are





- 2+ years of experience in application security, product security, or software security roles

- Solid working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and common production vulnerabilities

- Able to evaluate real-world exploitability, not just theoretical exposure

- Strong written communication skills — you can explain complex security reasoning clearly and concisely

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments

Nice to Have

- Experience with penetration testing, bug bounty programs, or secure code review

- Familiarity with API security, cloud-native architectures, or DevSecOps practices

- Background in threat modeling or security risk prioritization frameworks
