We are looking for a semi-senior Network Support Engineer to join our team. This is a client-facing role focused on configuring and supporting WiFi marketing solutions deployed on existing network infrastructure. You will provide remote support to clients across Latin America, the United States, and Canada, ensuring our solution runs smoothly on their networks. You’ll work closely with the CTO and internal teams,



making strong communication skills and a proactive mindset essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and configure WiFi marketing solutions on existing infrastructure (routers and access points).
- Provide ongoing operational and technical support to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and guide clients through resolutions.
- Manage client communications via email, WhatsApp, and video calls (Google Meet), maintaining high standards of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Conduct remote support sessions using tools such as AnyDesk.
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures to contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
- Collaborate with the CTO and internal product/engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve implementations.
