- Work with functional teams to enhance processes to improve user and customer experience, with focus on digital initiatives.
- Connect with general teams to be the key contact for initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement, such as Factory of the Future, paperless initiatives, AI and RPAs.
- Improve problem-solving capabilities within teams to increase autonomy and pace of change.
- Gather user requirements to develop solutions and alternatives.
- Identify opportunities, elaborate, and execute digital projects locally with an agile mentality, within resources in LATAM.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Work with users and stakeholders to define concepts under direction of project leaders.
- Serve as the conduit between the user community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
- Liaise between the business,



technology teams and support teams.
- Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work with regional and global PPI team to promote/standardize the PPI Business System further and share best practices.

**How will you get here?**
- 2-year technical education beyond high school, associate degree preferred
- Equivalent work experience acceptable
- Relevant technical certificates a plus
- 1-3 years’ work experience
- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance.
- Experience with structured cabling implementation and design
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience.
- Able to complete assignment with mínimal direction.
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues.
- Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
- Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products
- Interest in expanding one’s knowledge in the technology industry.
