The Mission
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and scaling a strong hiring engine aligned with /slantis’ growth, culture, and long-term ecosystem health.
This role goes beyond filling open positions. You help shape how people experience /slantis from the very first interaction — ensuring every hiring process feels fast, thoughtful, human, and aligned with our values.
At /slantis, the ecosystem is the structure — this role helps ensure the people joining it strengthen both performance and culture.
You will partner closely with leaders, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and continuously improve how we attract, assess, hire, and onboard talent across the organization.
What You’ll Own
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle:
- intake meetings
- sourcing
- interviews
- offers and hiring closure
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across technical, operational, and leadership positions
- Ensure hiring processes move with urgency, clarity, and high quality standards
- Help leaders define what great talent looks like both technically and culturally
- Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Ensure candidates experience /slantis as organized, human, responsive, and values-driven throughout the process
- Support employer branding initiatives together with Brand & Marketing
- Help position /slantis as a top employer within the architecture, technology, and AEC ecosystem
- Build strong relationships with candidates and create positive hiring experiences even when outcomes are negative
Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze hiring metrics such as:
- time-to-hire
- hiring conversion rates
- Prepare recruitment reports and talent insights for leadership and People teams
- Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and improvement opportunities within hiring processes
- Continuously rethink and improve recruitment workflows, assessment quality, and hiring practices
Partnership & Ecosystem Alignment
- Act as a trusted hiring partner to leadership teams
- Help ensure hiring decisions align with both business needs and /slantis culture
- Maintain strong communication, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Support healthy, collaborative, and high-trust hiring dynamics across teams

What You Bring
Experience & Background
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People functions
- Experience managing multiple concurrent searches in fast-paced or growth environments
- Experience recruiting for technical, operational, or professional services roles is a plus
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, reporting, and pipeline analytics
- Experience supporting onboarding or candidate experience initiatives is a plus

- Strong judgment when assessing both technical and cultural fit

- Advanced / native English proficiency
