**About the Role**

We are looking for a full-time Collections & Customer Service Representative to support the daily accounts receivable and customer follow-up operations of a fast-growing wholesale and e-commerce company in the floral, décor, and gifting industry.

This role is adecuado for someone who is early in their career, including a recent university graduate, and who already has experience in customer service, call centers, and collections calls. The position is highly focused on outbound calling, payment follow-up, and maintaining clear communication with customers.

A large portion of this role involves making phone calls to customers, which is our primary method of communication. We are looking for someone comfortable spending a significant part of the day on calls, following up on overdue balances, confirming payment commitments, and keeping account notes organized and up to date.

This position reports directly to the Collections Manager and requires professionalism, consistency, and confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make daily outbound calls to customers regarding overdue invoices and pending balances.
- Follow up consistently on payment commitments until resolution.
- Respond to customer questions related to invoices, balances, payments, and account status.
- Send account statements and payment follow-ups through the ERP system.
- Maintain detailed and organized notes of all customer interactions and payment updates.
- Use Excel and internal systems to track customer follow-ups, payment commitments, and account progress.
- Complete daily assigned tasks from pre-selected account lists.
- Meet a daily collection target




- Contact customers whom new orders have been placed on hold due to overdue balance or first-time order
- Escalate complex billing issues or high-risk accounts to the appropriate internal team when needed.
- Provide regular updates on collections activity and account follow-up progress.
- Handle all customer and financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, call centers, or similar phone-based roles.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers about payments.
- Strong follow-up habits and ability to stay organized throughout the day.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to document information clearly and accurately.
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

**Preferred Background**
- Recently graduated from university, or currently finishing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in collections or payment follow-up.
- Experience working in wholesale, distribution, e-commerce, or customer service environments.
- Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
