Job purpose
This role leads the Record to Report (R2R) operations for assigned entities or processes, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely delivery of financial results while promoting digital enablement and automation adoption.
To deliver high-quality Record-to-Report outcomes by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant close and reporting activities, while strengthening controls, enabling digital ways of working, and supporting continuous improvement to build trust in financial results and enhance client satisfaction.
This role bridges execution and leadership, translating close and reporting requirements into consistent results that enable reliable financial statements and stable R2R operations.

Job Goals

Deliver high-quality close and reporting outcomes

Ensure timely and accurate execution of period close, journals, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
Minimize post-close adjustments, rework, and exceptions through first-time-right execution.

Strengthen financial accuracy and integrity





Ensure completeness and correctness of balances and reconciliations across assigned entities and accounts.
Build confidence with stakeholders as a reliable owner of financial data.

Enable control and compliance excellence

Adhere to SOX/ICFR, policies, and statutory requirements to support zero major audit findings.
Proactively identify and resolve control gaps and risks in day-to-day activities.

Drive digital and automation adoption

Leverage close tools, reconciliations platforms, workflows, and ERPs to reduce manual effort and improve straight-through processing.
Support pilots and enhancements that simplify and standardize R2R processes.

Improve productivity and close efficiency

Meet productivity and cycle-time targets through effective planning, prioritization, and standard work.
Help reduce close volatility and backlog across periods.
