Job purpose
This role supports the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) cycle, focusing on transactional accuracy, control adherence, digital enablement, and automation exposure.

To deliver accurate, timely, and compliant Record-to-Report outcomes by executing close, accounting, and reconciliation activities with first time-right quality, strong control adherence, and digital ways of working, enabling trusted financial results and high client satisfaction.

The position involves executing journal entries, reconciliations, closing activities, and reporting tasks with strong emphasis on process discipline, data accuracy, and compliance.

Job Goals

Ensure accurate and on-time journals, reconciliations, and close activities, minimizing errors, rework, and post-close adjustments.

Enable financial accuracy and integrity

Maintain completeness and correctness of assigned accounts and balances, building confidence in financial statements.

Adhere to SOX/ICFR, policies,



and statutory requirements to contribute to zero major audit findings and strong governance.

Improve productivity through digital execution

Leverage ERP and close tools to meet productivity and cycle-time targets, reducing manual effort and exceptions.

Deliver reliable, SLA-driven outcomes with ownership, while supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely execution of:

Journal Entry Posting and Validation (manual & automated)
General Ledger (GL) Maintenance and Subledger Reconciliation
Fixed Asset Accounting and Depreciation Runs
Intercompany Posting and Reconciliation
Accrual and Prepayment Entries
Trial Balance Review Support and Period-End Activities

Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with closing
