Role Description

We’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer (Hands-on, Coding First)
You will be coding daily.

This is not an “architect-only” role. We’re looking for someone who can design systems, implement them, and work closely with other strong engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.

You’ll own backend architecture, build core systems, and integrate AI/LLM capabilities directly into products.

What we’re looking for:
15+ years in software engineering
Strong Node.js experience (5+ years)




Proven end-to-end system ownership
Experience across multiple stacks
Ability to lead while staying hands-on

Must-have:
You actively write production code
Real experience with AI / LLMs / Agents in products
Strong system design (scalability, performance, reliability)
Comfortable working in a high-performance team
Fluent English
