FP&A;, Global Clients & Industries I Finance – Supervising Associate

We are a globally connected finance team supporting the Clients & Industries (C&I;) CFO, Industry Leaders, Account Leaders and the General Finance Leadership Teams. We work as a collaborative team of innovative thinkers, offering critical insight to help shape EY’s C&I; strategy, strengthen commercial outcomes, and support execution of the All In strategy. Our work spans financial analysis, modelling, strategic insight and technology-enabled transformation — connecting across the matrix to drive better business decisions.

What we look for:

Experience in strategic finance, FP&A;, analytics or business modelling including forward looking perspectives and scenario assessments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and non-financial data.
Proven communication skills to convey insights clearly.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate across virtual, multicultural teams.

Commitment to leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to modernize finance and enhance insight generation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business challenges & provide forward-looking insights
Analyze diverse datasets (financial + market) to generate actionable insights for C&I; strategic priorities.
Build business cases that interpret strategic outlooks and highlight implications for industries, accounts and C&I; performance.
Respond to requests from Finance and Business Leadership to answer specific ad-hoc performance questions.
Collaborate with C&I; teams and colleagues responsible for business investment requests

Support C&I; Leaders and Strategic Objectives

Prepare actionable analytics to support advice to C&I; pillar leaders, Industry and Account Leaders, and the Global FP&A; CFO.
Prepare regular updates, leadership briefings, and talking points for executive meeting
