Job Description:
We are seeking a cheerful and proactive Inbound Lead Setter to be the first point of contact for our inbound leads and provide exceptional customer support. This is a critical role for our team, as you will help potential clients embark on their wellness journey by connecting with them immediately when they show interest. Your top priority will be to call new leads within 5 minutes of submission and schedule them with our sales team.

Pay: $5 USD per hour + performance-based bonuses

Hours: 20-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities (in order of priority):

Immediate Follow-Up on Inbound Leads:




Call all inbound leads within 5 minutes of submission during your shift to provide a warm, professional first point of contact.
Confirm scheduled calls for the sales girls 24 hours before booked appointments
You are only booking calls for our sales team - no selling required.
Maintain a cheerful, welcoming demeanor that reflects our wellness-focused brand.

Support Sales Team:
Assist the sales team in following up with leads and keeping track of communications
Work closely with the sales team to ensure all potential clients are nurtured through the booking process
Update CRM with lead interaction details and appointment scheduling

Marketing Support:
After ensuring our CRM is fully updated, assist with simple marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain brand presence and client engagement
