About the role
As a Senior Tehcnical Writer, you’ll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow.
Responsibilities

Write, edit, and maintain high-quality API documentation, including reference guides, integration manuals, and developer guides
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand API functions, endpoints, authentication, and error handling
Ensure API documentation aligns with RESTful best practices and industry standards
Leverage Confluence, Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), and DITA XML to structure, manage, and deliver content efficiently




Design and maintain information architecture and taxonomy for technical content
Develop and review technical examples in PostgreSQL, APIs, Terraform, and Microsoft Azure to support developer documentation
Work closely with developers to create meaningful code samples and use cases
Validate technical accuracy by testing API calls and infrastructure configurations
Establish documentation standards, style guides, and templates
Identify and implement improvements in content delivery, structure, and discoverability
Manage and optimize content using Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure scalability and reusability

Technical Knowledge & Subject Matter Expertise

Software Engineering Foundation: A deep understanding of software development and engineering principles is a primary requirement
