Job Summary
Oracle Application Analyst will be responsible for the support, enhancement, and implementation of Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP) with a strong focus on Latin American local financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
This includes working closely with finance, tax, and business stakeholders across LATAM to ensure Oracle solutions meet compliance needs such as electronic invoicing (e-invoicing), statutory reporting, and tax localization.
What you'll do
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financial modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) with LATAM localization.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle application configurations or enhancements.
Support local compliance for countries like Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Work with Oracle support and localization partners to manage localizations, patches, and compliance updates.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure month-end and year-end processes run smoothly.
Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Conduct application testing, user training, and change management for financial process changes.
Support audits and internal controls (SOX, local tax audits).
Participate in regional Oracle rollouts and upgrades.
