Rad Hires is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in LATAM to join their team on a contract basis.
The SDR is responsible for assisting in generating new leads and developing relationships with potential customers in the USA and Europe. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, as well as experience in working with CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Build lists of leads using Apollo and Sales Navigator
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting campaigns that consist of cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, email, and SMS
- Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential customers
- Manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of deals
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process and managing sales pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Proficiency with Apollo
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in creating outbound sequences that convert into meetings using tools such as Lemlist
- Proficiency with cold calling and writing cold calling scripts that convert
- Proficiency in lead qualification and objection handling
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
