Die Position
Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation& Sustainability (#IP2TIS) offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world.
Are you ready to join a integral network spanning 20+ countries, where bright minds collaborate to tackle real-world challenges in Innovation& Sustainability? Do you want to work on impactful projects, shape the future, and drive change from within?
As an intern, you will contribute to a project focused on improving access to specialized care in rural Paraguay through a decentralized digital health ecosystem. The project aims to connect rural Primary Healthcare Units with specialized centers, reduce time-to-diagnosis for oncology, and create a more active, digitally enabled referral model for underserved communities. Within your first 3 months, you are expected to help identify patient leakage points in pilot regions, develop a digital literacy and adoption plan, design a remote referral service blueprint, assess interoperability needs, and contribute to a value-based business case and scalability roadmap.
Your work will support Roche’s Access to Innovation priority by helping reduce geographic and systemic barriers to diagnosis while strengthening the long-term sustainability of the health system. This internship offers a unique opportunity to help shape a scalable model that can transform patient outcomes in underserved settings.

- Translate qualitative and quantitative field insights into structured reports, strategic recommendations, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with healthcare,, and Roche stakeholders to support a practical and sustainable implementation approach
