Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Level Web Designer in Latin America. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in web design, with expertise in Webflow and brand design. This role requires a creative mind, attention to detail, a keen understanding of marketing websites that convert leads, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design process for web projects, from initial concept to final delivery
- Create visually stunning and user-friendly websites using Webflow
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and project managers
- Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices




- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and rationale
- Contribute to the agency's overall design strategy and process improvements

Required Qualifications

- 10-15 years of professional experience in web design
- Expert proficiency in Webflow
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of modern web design projects
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Expert proficiency with Figma
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Strong typography and color theory skills
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on web design
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience with animation and interactive design
- Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
