The Role
Gain is rapidly growing its development team and is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join fully remote from Latin America.
The idóneo candidate brings 3–6 years of experience, operates within Eastern Time (ET) business hours, and is eager to work across our SaaS platform in a fast-paced, AI-centric environment.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver features across Gain's full-stack SaaS platform




Develop and integrate REST APIs across internal and external systems
Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows and tooling
Build and ship production-ready AI applications with LLM agent integration
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade software
Required Skills
Python
C# or Java
Angular

Deployed production AI systems with LLM agents (e.g. LangChain)
Prompt management and observability platforms (e.g. Langfuse)
AWS, GCP, or Azure
CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications
3–6 years of software engineering experienceBS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
