Job overview Otte Polo Group is looking for a high-performance SEO Lead who doesn’t just “optimize pages” — but builds, executes, measures, and scales SEO as a predictable revenue channel. This role is for someone who has personally executed SEO strategies , understands what drives ROI, and can now lead a small team of SEO specialists while staying hands-on when needed. We want someone who can:



Diagnose why traffic or rankings are not converting Identify what’s broken Build a strategy to fix it Execute or direct execution Tie SEO activity directly to revenue outcomes This is not a theoretical role.
