Lead Node

Js Developer – LATAM (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Mexico)
We are looking for a backend-focused lead to design and scale high-performance Node.js architectures.

You will lead technical decisions, ensuring delivery of robust microservices and event-driven systems.
Responsibilities

Lead the design and building of large, multi-tenant web applications.
Enforce security best practices (OAuth, JWT) and high-quality debugging.
Mentor the team and ensure technical excellence in production.

Qualifications

Microservices, Event-Driven Design, and Message Brokers (Kafka, SQS/SNS).
Expert in RESTful services and GraphQL design.
Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
Front-end: Familiarity with React is a plus.
