We’re looking for a People Partner to support the growth and development of our fast‑growing teams across Argentina and Peru. You’ll drive strategic HR initiatives while partnering with leaders to build high‑performing teams, enhance engagement, and scale our people practices as we continue to grow in the region. What You’ll Be Doing Act as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders,



serving as the local HR lead for Argentina and Peru. Advising and coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, and people leadership. Identifying people trends and risks, partnering with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions. Collaborating with central HR teams to optimise and execute day‑to‑day HR operations. Leading performance management and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and consistency. Managing transitions within internal HR systems, ensuring accurate migration of employee data. Ensuring employees are registered under the correct legal entity, coordinating documentation and compliance requirements. Managing HR compliance and regulatory requirements, including registrations and interactions with local authorities.Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal mobility.
