Accountabilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts focused on marketing talent across areas such as paid media, email marketing, content creation, social media, and growth marketing.
Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through targeted outreach, networking,



and creative recruitment strategies.
Develop compelling job descriptions, candidate messaging, and interview processes that resonate with top marketing professionals.
Review resumes, portfolios, and campaign samples to assess technical capabilities, creativity, and performance results.
Partner closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional hiring experience throughout the process.
