Location: Remote We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Media & Analytics Specialist who thrives on data, owns outcomes, and knows their way around a campaign dashboard as well as a performance report. You’ll manage paid advertising campaigns end-to-end from set up and targeting through optimization and reporting, across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams, with direct support from leadership on strategy and priorities. Key Responsibilities Execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns daily. Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budgets.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Set up and manage conversion tracking , events, and pixels. Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to implement and troubleshoot tracking. Analyze user behavior and performance data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements autonomously.Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. Requirements & Qualifications Technical & Professional Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns.Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.<
