ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a seasoned Senior SAP OTC Consultant to lead the Order-to-Cash workstream within our AMS engagement. In this strategic role, you will drive solution architecture decisions, govern the AMS delivery framework for OTC, and be the trusted advisor for business stakeholders. Your deep technical knowledge and leadership capabilities will be key to the team's success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Senior OTC lead, you will own the end-to-end functional responsibility for the OTC process. You will design solutions, lead S/4HANA migration activities, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also serve as a mentor and technical authority for junior and intermediate consultants on the team.
Lead OTC solution design workshops with business stakeholders; produce blueprints, process flows, and functional specifications.
Own the S/4HANA OTC migration workstream: simplification item analysis, BPML maintenance, and migration cockpit error resolution.




Configure and govern complex billing scenarios: milestone billing, billing plans, down payments, and revenue recognition (IFRS 15 alignment).
Manage AMS governance for the OTC stream: SLA adherence, KPI dashboards, change request management, and client communication.
Lead CTS governance across the DEV/QA/PRD landscape; perform transport impact analysis and release coordination.
Identify and implement automation opportunities in order processing, output management, and EDI/IDoc flows.
Coordinate cross-functional integration with BASIS, ABAP, RTR, and TPM teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor junior and intermediate consultants; contribute to CoE documentation and internal training.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of deep functional expertise in SAP SD / OTC, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead AMS role.
