ABOUT THE ROLE

As an SDET Engineer , you’ll own the end-to-end automation strategy — designing scalable frameworks across Web and API layers that power reliable, high-quality releases.

You’ll champion a shift-left, quality-first culture by mentoring engineers and embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines.

This is a high-impact, technically deep role with real ownership, adecuado for an SDET ready to lead quality initiatives in a fast-moving product squad.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API layers;

- Define automation strategy to ensure high test coverage and reliable release cycles;

- Create API automation suites to validate microservices integrity;

- Implement and manage frontend automation scripts to ensure user experience quality;

- Mentor engineers on testing best practices and promote a quality-first culture.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer ;

- Strong programming skills in Java ;

- Extensive experience with REST Assured for API automation;





- Hands-on experience with Playwright for frontend automation;

- Strong understanding of shift-left testing and CI/CD integration ;

- Ability to work independently and provide technical direction;

- Upper-intermediate English level .

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience in loyalty or fintech domains;

- Experience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling;

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SQL for data validation;

- Experience with mocking frameworks.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in growth or marketing performance roles — ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech services space. - Understanding of the AI market landscape, with the ability to promote AI development services and translate technical capabilities into marketing messages. - Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns and managing performance metrics. - Familiarity with CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g.

Instantly, Reply.io, Apollo). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
