About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Webflow Developer who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high‑quality websites. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn design concepts and business requirements into responsive, visually appealing, and high‑performing web experiences. You will also help ensure that all websites are optimized for usability, performance, accessibility, and SEO while following best practices in modern web development.
Responsibilities

Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and manage responsive websites,



translating Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, responsive pages.
Implement complex animations, high‑end interactions, and scalable CMS structures.
Ensure all websites are optimized for high performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Test and debug websites across multiple devices and browsers to ensure seamless cross‑platform compatibility.
Work closely with the CRO team to develop and integrate tests using 3rd‑party A/B testing platforms.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients and team members.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Webflow trends and features to proactively improve our development processes and tooling.
Partner with product managers and cross‑functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2+ years of deep specialization in Webflow.
Advanced proficiency in HT
