Program OverviewProgram participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as communication, time management, and tech tools, among others.In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company.At the same time they will join different teams of the organization, such as Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, among others.The proposal is open to students from all universities and careers, who are at least halfway into their degree, and with an intermediate/advanced level of English, with no previous work experience.We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.If you are looking for a work experience alongside your studies, then we have a range of exciting opportunities for you.You will be part of a fast-paced work environment that's constantly challenging you to learn and develop.This could be your start to something big.RequirementsThese opportunities are for advanced University students (1 year/ year and a half maximum)
