CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN BRAZIL OR ARGENTINA ONLYSummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations) and the Power Platform.This senior role is critical to driving innovation and operational excellence by leveraging cutting-edge Azure cloud services, agentic AI workflows, and robust DevOps practices.The adecuado candidate will lead cross-functional teams, architect scalable solutions, and ensure best practices in coding, security, and application lifecycle management within an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and build full-stack applications that integrate with Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O;) and the broader Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD workflows supporting Dynamics and Power Platform deployments.Extend D365 functionality with custom development using TypeScript, JavaScript,



and C# where appropriate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agentic AI workflows, incorporating services like Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, and Logic Apps.Work with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, etc.) to build secure and scalable backend services.Integrate and automate workflows using Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks when applicable.Build reusable components and connectors across the Power Platform ecosystem.Ensure best practices for coding, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM).Requirements5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including front-end (React/Angular/TypeScript) and back-end (.NET/C#).Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.Solid understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and solution packaging.Experience building enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines with
