ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally.
You'll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment.
This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work on the development of features that optimize main products and platform;
Build production quality software that will be part of core products and platform;
Work in an agile team closely collaborating with other software engineers and a product manager;
Work in a remote environment.
MUST HAVES




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
6+ years of experience writing production-quality code, ideally on core software product development (not only professional services or implementation projects);
Solid experience with back end frameworks (NodeJS, Golang, .NET OR Java);
Familiarity with TypeScript;
Front-end experience with JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular OR Vue);
Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or Postgres;
Experience working with 3rd party software integrations (REST APIs, XML, JSON);
Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes);
Experience with Test Driven Development;
Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours;
Upper-intermediate English level.

Familiarity with Orchestration Platforms.
