We're building an internal AI agentic operations system and looking for an AI Agent Developer to join our cross-functional AI Ops team.This is not a traditional software development role.
You'll take ownership of agentic development using Claude Code and Cursor, working alongside a small team of non-developers who are actively building AI agents.
Your job is to drive development forward, bring technical depth, and help the team move faster in a high-autonomy, experiment-driven environment.
