What you will do
Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot demo environments to ensure they are up to date and functional;
Act as the first line of defense for technical issues within demo environments;
Collaborate with technical teams to build Proof of Concepts and support complex deals;
Manage and populate realistic datasets for demo environments to support business use cases.
Must haves
3+ years of experience in FullStack development with a backend focus;
Experience with TypeScript (Node.js and React);
Experience with REST APIs including consumption and debugging;
Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD tools;
Familiarity with AWS (Cognito, S3, CloudWatch);
Experience with data seeding and environment management;
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
Knowledge of life insurance and annuity domain;
Experience with Python scripting;
Experience with CI/CD troubleshooting;
Experience with PHP.
