Contract Specialist

As a Contract Specialist at ICON, you will facilitate the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and support the execution of clinical trials and research projects.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering contract management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Providing expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation.
Developing and implementing contract management strategies and processes.
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans for contract-related issues.
Serving as a subject matter expert and providing guidance to junior team members.





Your Profile:
You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced level of English
Based at Buenos Aires - Need to go 1 time per week to the office
