We're growing quickly and seeking a Recruiting Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding exceptional talent. This is a full-time, offshore position supporting our People Operations and Talent Acquisition team.
Overview
The Recruiting Associate will play a key role in identifying, sourcing,



and screening candidates across multiple functions and geographies. This individual will manage high-volume pipelines, coordinate candidate communications, and ensure a seamless recruiting experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and fast-moving — someone who loves the challenge of filling roles efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
Manage and track candidates through the ATS, ensuring accurate records and consistent communication.
Partner with the People Operations team to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple departments and job functions.
