Grimaldi Law Firm is a fast‑growing, mission‑driven estate planning law firm based in Florida, seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of connection for prospective and returning clients.This role blends consultative sales and high‑level client service. You will guide individuals and families through the decision‑making process as they consider protecting their assets, children, and legacy through estate planning. You are not providing legal advice — you are helping clients determine whether our firm is the right fit and confidently moving them toward engagement.We are looking for a persuasive yet empathetic communicator who can discuss premium pricing with maturity, build trust quickly,



and follow up relentlessly with new, stalled, and returning prospects. You must be comfortable handling complex conversations, reactivating cold leads, and taking ownership of the client journey from first contact to signed agreement.If you are not fluent in both English and Spanish, available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, and driven to close while delivering an exceptional client experience, this role is not for you.This position is remote in Argentina.Compensation: $1,500 monthly
