Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a growing marketing agency seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategy, campaigns, and team performance. The idóneo candidate will oversee digital marketing initiatives, drive client growth, and manage a team of marketing professionals.This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can combine marketing strategy, performance marketing, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and campaign managers.Oversee digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing,



and paid ads.Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation.Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive client acquisition and retention.Manage marketing budgets and campaign allocations.Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.Present marketing insights and reports to leadership and clients.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.5-8+ years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and teams.Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and marketing automation tools.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience working with multiple client accounts or agency environments.
