Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support HR solutions delivery within a general organisation. This role will focus on shaping and delivering HR document generation solutions, combining strong business analysis expertise with solid knowledge of HR processes and Workday functionality. You will play a key role in driving improvements to HR documentation processes, working closely with regional stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
WORKDAY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate requirements discovery workshops with HR stakeholders across different regions and business units
Capture, structure, and document business requirements using standardised templates and tools




Work closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into Workday configurations and solutions

HR Process & Domain Expertise

Apply broad HR knowledge (processes, policies, and compliance considerations) to inform solution design
Provide constructive challenge to local requirements, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
Support in ensuring document templates meet local employment legislation and data privacy requirements
Advise on opportunities to standardise templates within countries and across entities
Promote consistency by identifying and encouraging reuse of templates across regions
Offer guidance to stakeholders on HR best practices and efficient process design

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders involved in document template design, including HR, legal experts, and regional product owners
Facilitate alignment and agreement on design decisions, priorities, and implementation approach
Ensure clear, consistent comm
