We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead technical implementation and support efforts across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role blends deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of platform governance, integration, and customization in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead or co-lead architecture design for Salesforce implementation projects.
Develop Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, and automation flows.
Manage technical design documentation, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
Support administrative tasks such as user provisioning, access control, and data hygiene.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into platform solutions.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, sandbox management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
